Je vais vous pr\u00e9senter en quelques mots le SEL Embrunais.<\/strong>

Le SEL Embrunais, ou Syst\u00e8me d'\u00c9change Local<\/strong>, a \u00e9t\u00e9 cr\u00e9\u00e9 le 3 mars 2008<\/strong>. Depuis plus de 15 ans, il rassemble des personnes qui souhaitent d\u00e9velopper l'entraide, le partage et la solidarit\u00e9 sur notre territoire.

Son objectif est simple <\/strong>: permettre \u00e0 chacun d'\u00e9changer des services, des savoir-faire et des biens, tout en cr\u00e9ant du lien entre les habitants.
Chacun poss\u00e8de des comp\u00e9tences, des connaissances ou du temps qu'il peut mettre au service des autres. En retour, il peut b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier de l'aide et des talents des autres adh\u00e9rents.

Le SEL repose sur une id\u00e9e forte<\/strong> : chaque personne a de la valeur et quelque chose \u00e0 apporter. Que l'on sache jardiner, bricoler, cuisiner, r\u00e9parer un ordinateur, garder des animaux ou simplement donner un peu de son temps, toutes les contributions sont les bienvenues.

Au-del\u00e0 des \u00e9changes eux-m\u00eames, le SEL est aussi un lieu de rencontres<\/strong> et de convivialit\u00e9. Il permet de tisser des liens, de d\u00e9couvrir les richesses humaines de notre r\u00e9gion et de participer \u00e0 une d\u00e9marche fond\u00e9e sur la confiance et la coop\u00e9ration.

Aujourd'hui, le SEL Embrunais <\/strong>continue de faire vivre ces valeurs gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 l'implication de ses adh\u00e9rents et accueille avec plaisir toutes les personnes qui souhaitent rejoindre cette belle aventure humaine.

Nous nous retrouvons chaque deuxi\u00e8me vendredi du mois \u00e0 18h30<\/strong> \u00e0 la Manutention d'Embrun pour partager un moment convivial, \u00e9changer sur nos projets et accueillir les nouveaux membres.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\"\"\/\t\t\n<\/div>\n

Pour moi, \nle SEL repr\u00e9sente avant tout l'entraide entre les personnes, en valorisant les comp\u00e9tences de chacun. \nC'est un espace de rencontres et d'\u00e9changes qui renforce les liens entre les adh\u00e9rents et favorise la convivialit\u00e9. Il apporte aussi un sentiment de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 aux personnes les plus fragiles ou sensibles, qui savent qu'elles peuvent compter sur l'aide et le soutien du r\u00e9seau lorsqu'elles en ont besoin.\n\n<\/div>\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\t\t

Au d\u00e9part je suis rentr\u00e9e au SEL en projetant de faire des \u00e9changes contre des services...Tr\u00e8s vite je me suis fait des ami.e.s, au coeur d 'un r\u00e9seau tr\u00e8s pr\u00e9cieux de solidarit\u00e9 !\n\n

Pour moi, le SEL est bien plus qu\u2019un simple r\u00e9seau d\u2019\u00e9changes de biens et de services. \nC\u2019est avant tout un lieu de convivialit\u00e9, de rencontres et de partage. \nIl permet de cr\u00e9er des liens entre les adh\u00e9rents, dans un esprit chaleureux et fraternel.\n\nC\u2019est aussi un espace o\u00f9 l\u2019on d\u00e9couvre la r\u00e9gion autrement, ainsi que d\u2019autres associations culturelles, amicales ou sportives, ce qui facilite l\u2019int\u00e9gration des nouveaux adh\u00e9rents.<\/div>\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\t\t
